Many youth knowingly make mistakes, but when they realize the cost, they urge others to overlook their past. Change is possible, but consequences linger. INEC Dancing N@ked In The Market': Appeal Court Blasts INEC For Acting Irresponsibly

INEC Dancing N@ked In The Market': Appeal Court Blasts INEC For Acting Irresponsibly INEC Dancing N@ked In The Market': Appeal Court Blasts INEC For Acting Irresponsibly The Court of Appeal sitting in Abuja, on Friday, descended heavily on the Independent National Electoral Commissioner, INEC, accusing it of being partisan. The appellate court said it was embarrassing that the Commission could appear before it to act in favour of a party in an election dispute, by disowning documents that it not only issued but also duly certified. It decried that the electoral body has continued to “dance naked in the market,” even though it was meant to assume a neutral stand in election litigations. “The INEC as an institution should be reminded of its role in an election; to be an unbiased umpire between parties. “It should stop behaving irresponsibly, having in mind that its duty to conduct election has a direct bearing on peace and well-being of the country. “The role of INEC in electio...

However, I’m not worried because I’m a politician. I know what other states are suffering because of debt, but go and check if I left liabilities; the records are there. I left projects for him to commission so he would showcase during his hundred days, then politics came in. We are just starting; God gave you something; you are now importing crisis. God gave this on the platter of gold; the Federal Government is not fighting you, no crisis, but you are the one now trying to create a crisis for yourself; only those who are natural ingrates will support what is hap...

Ebuka Obi Should Stop Bringing Couples To The Public To Talk Bedroom Affairs In The Name Of Counselling - Nigerian Journalist, Itumo Blasts Pastor

Ebuka Obi Should Stop Bringing Couples To The Public To Talk Bedroom Affairs In The Name Of Counselling - Nigerian Journalist, Itumo Blasts Pastor  I don't like the way Ebuka Obi brings out couples to the public to talk bedroom affairs in the name of counselling. I don't actually know what that public show is intended to achieve. Is that actually a style or a concerted attempt to draw public eyes to himself and his ministry? If that's actually his style, I don't fancy such a style at all, and I'm quite sure that many discerning minds don't fancy it too. His newest position about marriage ultimately has much to say about what he knows about marriage _it shows his 'indepth' knowledge of marriage. Ebuka Obi recently submitted thus, "I'm Afraid Of Marriage, That’s Why I Haven't Married Till Now”. Without sounding judgemental, his latest submission on marriage and his lack of preparedness to get married shows he might be unaware of the scar he...

It includes the Book of ENOCH, Esdras, Buruch and all 3 Books of MACCABEE, and a host of others that was excommunicated from the KJV. How Facebook brought us together “— Bride to be shares lovely story

“How Facebook brought us together “— Bride to be shares lovely story “We’ve been friends on this space (FACEBOOK) since 2019, but we’ve only exchanged pleasantries twice. Fast forward to this year, 3rd of February precisely, I made a random post about the fact that “men should learn to show emotions and not see it as a weakness”. He dropped a comment and came to my dm to further explain his point” “We got talking and finally got to ask questions about ourselves. You know that moment when you chat in-depth with someone for the first time and it feels like you both have known for years right? That was the case! Through out that day, we were glued to our phones, “getting to know ourselves”.  “Fast forward to when he declared his “feelings” for me, I laughed at it and shoved it to the side because being in a relationship wasn’t part of my 2023 plans. He kept pushing and I kept running! I made up a thousand and one reasons to say “NO”, but I guess he knew what he wanted and stuck to it ...

Are We Born to Climb?

Is climbing as innate as sharing, copulating, greed, or even walking? Many evolutionary biologists would offer that the essence of climbing can be found in our DNA. It is hardwired into us, this desire to be in the vertical world. And beyond that desire, our bodies are built for the physical challenges of climbing. How did humans transform from tree swinging monkeys (the third chimpanzee) to plains walking hominids? Here is a glimpse into the evolutionary traits that allow us to freely climb, why we enjoy it, and why some of us are better than others. We currently share approximately 99% of our DNA with chimpanzees (believed to be our closest relative). Our genetics are expressed in all aspects of our physical, mental, social, and even spiritual lives. For example, alcoholics and smokers are genetically inclined to addiction.  There are genes in our DNA that are believed to express our level of need for explaining the world around us (spirituality). The amount of muscle on your for...

The Kiss of Death ('El Peto De La Mort')

"The Kiss of Death' known as el Petó de la Mort is a sculpture created in 1930 for the tomb of textile manufacturer Josep Llaudet Soler.  The tomb is inscribed with a line verse by the Catalan poet Jacinto Verdaguer that translates to: “His young heart is thus extinguished. The blood in his veins grows cold. And all strength has gone. Faith has been extolled by his fall into the arms of death. Amen.” The masterful sculpting on el Petó de la Mort has made it a celebrated piece of funerary art. Delicate details carved into the marble capture both soft skin and the bony fingers of death. The piece is believed to have been sculpted by Jaume Barba, the artist whose name is carved into the base of the monument, though some have attributed its design to another artist, Joan Fontbernat. The Poblenou Cemetery, also known as Cementiri de l’Est (East Cemetery), was the first to be built outside the walls that marked the perimeter of medieval Barcelona.  A cemeter...
