Dr. Alex Otti, Abia state Governor, has condemned in strong terms the k!lling of a Labour Party Chieftain, Chief Maduka Zakary, at Uturu, in Isuikwuato LGA, Abia state by unknown dare – devil k!llers. He described the gruesome murder of Mr. Zakari who was beheaded by his k!llers as insane, barbaric and vicious, and called on security agents from different security agencies to swing into action and ensure that whoever was involved in the k!lling, directly or indirectly is brought to justice and made to pay heavily for their ungodly action.
