PDP Will Never Die, Kabiru Tanimu Turaki Assures Outgoing Party Leaders as Amb. Damagum Hands Over- Issues Certificate of Expulsion to Nyesom Wike, Others. Earlier today in Abuja, the former National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), His Excellency Ambassador Umar Iliya Damagum, formally handed over the affairs of the Party to the new National Chairman, Kabiru Tanimu Turaki, SAN. Addressing an enlarged meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC), and other Party officials after handing the over,  Turaki declared with unmistakable firmness: “The PDP will never die. This party is bigger than any individual or group of individuals. Those who have chosen to dine with our opponents while still wearing our colours have been shown the way out.
