Lagos PoS agents plan N500 fee for N10,000 withdrawal Point of Sale agents in Lagos State will soon begin to charge customers N500 for N10,000 cash withdrawals. This is after the Association of Mobile Money and Bank Agents in Nigeria, Lagos Chapter, announced a new price list for PoS transactions on Channels Television’s Business Morning programme by the Public Relations Officer, Lagos Chapter, Stephen Adeoye on Friday. According to him, the association’s price list is to eradicate price discrepancies in the industry. He said, “Let me tell you the price list, N1000 – N2,400 will be N100 for withdrawal. Another Nigerian chef, Adeola begins 150-hour cook-a-thon to break Guinness records Adeyeye Adeola, a talented Nigerian chef, has embarked on a remarkable culinary journey to set a new Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon (individual). Adeola’s cook-a-thon began on Friday, June 30, 2023, in the Ile-Oluji Local Government Area of Ondo State and is scheduled to conclude on Thursday, July 6, 2023. This is coming after another Nigerian chef, Adeparusi Damilola, also known as Chef Dammy embarked on a 120-hour cook-a-thon in Oye Local Government Area of Ekiti State. Chef Dammy, a 26-year-old student at the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, aimed to push the boundaries of culinary endurance.
