Insecurity In Southeast Criminality, Not Biafra Agitation – DSS  The Department of State Services, DSS, has linked insecurity in the Southeast to criminality wrapped around Biafra agitation. Imo State Director of DSS, Wilcox Idaminabo, disclosed this during a one-day stakeholders roundtable organised by Centre for Transparency Advocacy (CTA) on the November 11 governorship election in Imo State. Idaminabo said the destruction and killings were simply criminality and not Biafra agitations. He urged traditional rulers, clergymen, and Igbo leaders to speak up against the evil of insecurity in the southeast. May God judge you - Nigerian woman calls out her younger sister for allegedly snatching her husband Mary Obeten has accused her younger sister, Hannah, of snatching her husband, Peter Obeten. Mary called out her sister in a Facebook post on Wednesday, October 11, 2023.  According to her, trouble started when Hannah came to help her after she gave birth.  She also alleged that Hannah and Peter now live together.  She shared photos of Peter and Hannah together, and wrote;“My kid sister has finally succeeded in taking my husband as her husband. May God judge you. Amen.”

Three arrested for defrauding commuters in Lagos Operatives of the Lagos State Police Command have arrested three suspected fraudsters at Iyana Church Bus stop, Lagos after receiving credible information from concerned citizens.  The suspects, Orji Chinedu ‘m’ aged 38, Uche Godwin ‘m’ aged 37 and Ifeoma Nathaniel ‘f’ aged 51 years, who were arrested on October 9, 2023, were in the business of picking passengers from Iyana Church Bus Stop, with a Toyota Camry with registration number LSD 497 AA.
