A header or footer is a single phrase or sentence that appears above or below a document to the left, right, or centre, showing the originator (owner) of the document.  This judgement had a header at the top left stating clearly who drafted, wrote, or own the document. It shows clearly that this document emanated from "Tinubu presidential Legal Team" and not the Presidential Election Petition Court. Such header, which was not removed before publishing, clearly betrays the Tribunal and shows where it came from. Hence, I might conclude that the PEPC just merely read out what the Tinubu Presidential Legal Team drafted for them to read.
