Buhari To Move Nigeria Economy From Consumption To Production - FG Federal Government has promised to move the nation’s economy from consumption to production before the administration of President Muhammadu Buhari ends next year. It also said that efforts towards improving Nigeria’s global competitiveness status through the use of Science, Technology, and Innovation (STI) to attract foreign exchange earnings were beginning to yield results. Minister of State for Science, Technology, and Innovation, Chief Henry Ikoh, disclosed this while declaring open National Dialogue on the Establishment and Implementation of Technology and Innovation Centres for Global Competitiveness and Productivity, in Enugu, yesterday.

"I thought I was having s€x with my wife"- 39-year-old arrested fir impregnating his 13-year-old daughter says A 39 years old man Mfon Jeremiah a resident of FIRRO Estate off Adesan ,Mowe has been arrested by men of Ogun state Police Command for impregnating his 13 years old biological daughter(name withheld). Former ally of President Muhammadu Buhari and Chieftain of the New Nigerian People's Party, Buba Galadima has alleged that some of those who received national honors from the Nigerian leader have questionable characters.  Appearing on Arise TV on Friday October 14, Galadinma said 440 out of the 447 people awarded national honors should be in prison.  He said;  “When you say Buba Galadinma, did you use engineer, Alhaji or whatsoever?  A 30-second video clip showing the final moments of a reality TV star, Patrick Fakoya,  aka Rico Swavey, at a hospital in Lagos State, yesterday went viral and has attracted condemnation from members of the public. In the clip recorded by one of the nurses attending to Rico Swavey, the deceased was placed on oxygen as he was unconscious on a chair.  The nurses were attempting to carry him on a bed when one of them brought out a phone and started recording him. Another nurse was heard cautioning them in hausa and appealing to her colleagues to stop recording and laughing at their patient. “You people should stop making the video; somebody is dying, you people are making video,” the nurse said.
