  The National Industrial Court has ordered the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), to call off the ongoing Strike. Delivering a ruling on the interlocutory injunction filed by the Federal government , Justice Polycarp Hamman restrained ASUU from continuing with the industrial action pending the determination of the suit. Justice Polycap who is a vacation judge ordered that the case filed be returned to the president of the Industrial Court for reassignment to another judge. This order comes a few hours after the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) threatened not to allow any political campaign hold across the country till students of public universities return to classrooms. Nnamdi Kanu is under trial for treason and terrorism charges, he has denied all charges . According to Emmanuel, he visited his brother on Monday, September 19 at the Department of State Service, DSS, facility in Abuja where he is being detained and the outlook on the Biafra leader's health isn't good. “I visited my brother and the leader of the IPOB Nmamdi Kanu yesterday at the DSS facility in Abuja where he is being detained and what I saw did not give me joy”. Kaduna Court Sends Five Fraudsters to Jail Justice Nasiru.U. Sadiq of the Kaduna State High Court has convicted and sentenced five internet fraudsters to various terms of imprisonment for cheating by impersonation. The fraudsters are Ephraim Andrew Maude (a.k.a Chris Hugo), Genesis Daniel (a.k.a Tyler Wine), Henriatta Kantona, George Funom Khah and Haruna Tisan Jeremiah.  They were jailed on  Monday,  September 19, 2022 after pleading guilty to one-count separate charge, bordering on internet fraud and cheating by impersonation, upon their arraignment by the Kaduna Zonal Command of the EFCC .
