  Organ H@rvesting: Don’t release my biodata to Ekweremadu and London Court – Victim begs Nigerian court David Ukpo, the victim of the alleged organ h@rvesting scandal involving Senator Ike Ekweremadu and his wife, Beatrice, on Tuesday asked a Federal High Court in Abuja to set aside its July 1 order for the release of his bio-data for use in a London court in Ekweremadu’s trial. Ukpo, while faulting proceedings of the court that led to the issuance of the order, claimed that his fundamental rights to a fair hearing and personal privacy had been grossly breached. His grouse was that neither he nor the Attorney General of the Federation, AGF, as Chief Law Officer of the Federation, was made a party in the suit. In a motion on notice he just filed through his lawyer, Mr Bamidele Igbinedion, Ukpo prayed Justice Inyang Eden Ekwo to reverse the order permitting the release of his bio-data to Ekweremadu and his wife for their defense before Uxbridge Magistrate Court in London. Disregarding speculations on his age, Tinubu reiterated that he is also 70 years and a few months older than the celebrant, Kukah, saying he understands the institution that he (Kukah) is building.   Ahead of the 2023 presidential election, the Vice-Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Senator Ifeanyi Okowa, has accused the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, of attempting to gather votes by whipping up sentiments through the church. Obi has made several visits to churches where he was warmly received. In an interview with DailyTrust in Kano state, Okowa who is the governor of Delta state, said the church should not be dragged into politics.
