Men, spec is necessary, but the older you grow, you’ll realize that it’s not big bum, big boobs & Instagram fine filters that will help raise your kids and build a home. Many physically appealing people have issues; as you grow older, you’ll prioritize peace of mind and calmness. Listen, I’m not stating that women with big boobs and bums and massive curves don’t make great wives. Neither am I saying that using Instagram filter makes a woman wrong. It just gets to a point where you’ll prioritize SUBSTANCE over VANITY.
I love vanity; a bit of it makes life aesthetically pleasing. But you know what? It’s better to be with a woman of substance and then teach her how to be a bit vain, than go for a totally vain woman and try to introduce substance to her. It’s not any different for women. Tall, dark, handsome is absolutely great, but it’s ridiculous that many women will rather be with their ‘empty’ spec. It’s easier to teach a humble and integral man how to dress well than to teach a hot fine boy how to be kind to you.
Do you get my point? Priorities. Couple months ago, I made a post asking people if they got married to their exact spec and I had over 2K comments. MOST said NO and stated that they were happy with their choice at last. Some married their spec and are happy too. When it’s time, remember that you’re not marrying furniture or a mannequin. You’re marrying a human being; not IG perfect filters. Know what to prioritize. By the way, I’m not asking you to discard physical attraction; you can be physically attracted to someone who isn’t your spec.

You may never know what you true ‘spec’ is until you’ve properly tasted both sides. So it might not be your spec, it might be what you think you’re CURRENTLY ATTRACTED to. But you know what? I’ve also learnt that WHAT YOU ARE ATTRACTED TO is different from WHAT YOU ACTUALLY LOVE
