“Peller Should Go Back to School, Education Will Shape His Destiny” — Deji Adeyanju Advises, Suggests He Studies Law
Human rights activist and lawyer, Barrister Deji Adeyanju, has advised Shina Peller, former lawmaker and businessman, to return to school following his repeated grammatical and intellectual blunders on social media.
Adeyanju, in a recent post, stated that education remains a key factor in shaping one’s life and destiny, urging Peller to take his studies seriously if he wishes to maintain relevance in public discourse.
“Peller should go to school. Education will shape his life and destiny. Let me suggest that he considers a degree in Law, but he must first get a credit in Literature in English,” Adeyanju said.
The activist’s comment has since gone viral, sparking mixed reactions among Nigerians—while some agreed with Adeyanju’s observation, others felt his remarks were too harsh on the former lawmaker.
Adeyanju, however, maintained that his advice was born out of genuine concern and not an attempt to mock Peller, stressing that continuous learning is vital for anyone in leadership or public life.
