Abuja, Nigeria — In a passionate declaration, Senator Ben Murray Bruce has expressed unwavering support for President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, praising his bold economic and infrastructural reforms as the foundation for Nigeria’s renewed prosperity.
“I have known President Bola Ahmed Tinubu since 1998. I know his mind, his courage, and his conviction. He is not driven by applause, he is driven by results. And today, I can boldly say he is on the right track,” Murray-Bruce stated.
According to the Senator, Tinubu’s administration marks the first time in Nigeria’s history that the nation has a president who truly understands finance and economic dynamics.
He emphasized that Tinubu views the economy not as a political slogan, but as a living system requiring discipline, deregulation, and freedom to grow.
Murray-Bruce described the ongoing economic adjustments as painful but necessary, asserting that they lay the foundation for long-term prosperity and a free-market economy that rewards innovation and hard work over dependency.
Highlighting the achievements of the Tinubu administration, he said:
The National Security Adviser’s appointment has redefined national safety and security strategy.
The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), under professional leadership, is stabilizing the naira and restoring investor confidence.
Foreign policy has regained global respect, and fuel supply deregulation has ended the era of fuel scarcity.
“The numbers are beginning to speak, investments are returning, and the world is watching Nigeria rise again,” he affirmed.
Senator Murray-Bruce also hailed Tinubu’s infrastructural revolution — citing extensive road construction, port modernization, airport upgrades, and affordable housing initiatives — describing them as “the arteries through which growth and opportunity now flow.”
Acknowledging the current economic challenges faced by citizens, he urged patience, noting that reforms are never painless, but essential for lasting transformation.
“That is why I am joining the All Progressives Congress All Progressives Congress (APC) — not for politics, but for progress. I believe that Tinubu’s leadership, guided by courage and intellect, will deliver the Nigeria we all dream of,” he concluded.
He further predicted that within eight years, Nigeria will experience phenomenal growth, reaffirming his commitment to stand with reform and the nation’s brighter future.
