These aren't some ancient secrets that "they" don't want you to know, or complicated scientific systems that you need to pay to learn.

They're principles that we all inherently understand to some extent. They usually just involve some element of discomfort, humility, or denial of immediate gratification.

A fulfilling life is simple. Don't make it complicated. Live your life for yourself, enjoy your peace.

There would always be rainy, stormy, warm and extreme days with or without you. Live and experience life like it is for the last time, but then do it very wisely.
