The modern day Relationship
Relationships crash because of a whole lot of reasons. Some reasons are more invalid than the others. No one wants to hold on to something. Everything is replaced. Vows and promises have become lullabies and heroic eulogies.
Our fathers lasted years and peacefully in their relationships and marriages because there weren't external sources to detect how a relationship should be, and they always resolved internal conflicts no matter how rough and messy it got.
Things have gotten so bad that a serious relationship has a maximum duration of just 3-4 years. Everyone is blinded with the mindset that replacement is possible forgetting that love is not a feeling for the thrill of being in love; it is an emotion, it is spiritual, it is about bonding and sharing. Love is worth living.
We should be comforted by these words: Love is not a scam. There's true love somewhere in the world. We would meet the ones right for us one day.
