The Anambra state police command says it has recovered the decomposing body of the abducted Anambra state house of assembly member who was kidnapped during last Christmas on his way to his village. The Lawmaker Hon Justice Azuka who represents the people of Onitsha North Constituency 1 in the Anambra state house of assembly, was abducted on Tuesday December 24th, 2024. The abducted Lawmaker who is a chieftain of the Labour party, had regained his mandate after a court ruling ousted the previous winner and candidate of the People's Democratic Party who was initially declared winner. A Magistrate Court in Wuse, Abuja, has remanded two siblings; Mr. Enenche Enenche and Alexander Enenche alongside Pastor Abraham Daniel at the Keffi Prison in Nasarawa State.  Alexander and Enenche Enenche are both brothers of Pastor Paul Enenche, the senior pastor of the Dunamis International Gospel Church while Abraham Daniel is a former pastor at the Dunamis church.  The duo were reportedly taken to the Keffi Custodial Centre of the Nigerian Correctional Service (NCoS) on Monday evening following a remand order the Nigerian Police Force secured from the Magistrate Court in Wuse Zone 6, Abuja.  Upon honouring the police invitation, Mr. Enenche Enenche and Alexander Enenche (brothers of Pastor Paul Enenche) as well as Abraham Daniel (a former Pastor at Dunamis Church) were kept in the police custody till Monday evening, SaharaReporters learnt.  On January 8 that the Intelligence Department of the Nigerian police released the duo on bail.
