Israel Based Nigerian Man Agu Chika Dibia calls Out Pastor Samuel Donald Over alleged‘Visa Scam’ -Pleads with Pastor To Refund Him Back His Money- An Enugu Born Musician from Ngwo, Udi Local Government Area has called out a Pastor and General Overseer Of Faith Ministry Ministry Church with Branches in Isreal and Abuja, Pastor Samuel Donald for refusing to refund him the sum of N5million which he paid him to process travel documents for his Wife Mrs Chidinma Agu Promise. Mr Chikadibia while detailing the alleged VISA scam by the Pastor said he paid him N5million since three years to process travel documents for his wife to join him in Isreal but the pastor was unable to fulfill the agreement, instead he prepared documents and relocated his own family to the United Kingdom. Hurricane EFCC sweeps up 792 suspected fra¥dsters in a historic cybercrime arrest. The EFCC says it has carried out its largest single-day operation against cryptocurrency and romance sc+m networks, arresting 792 suspects in Lagos. In a press conference on Monday, December 16, 2024, EFCC spokesperson, Wilson Uwujaren, said the arrests took place at a seven-storey building in Victoria Island, Lagos. Uwujaren said the suspects include 114 Chinese nationals, 40 Filipinos, two Khazartans, one Pakistani, and one Indonesian. He said the foreigners were using the building to “train Nigerians on how to initiate romance and investment sc+ms”. The EFCC spokesperson added that the foreigners created fake profiles for their Nigerian accomplices to engage in romance and cryptocurrency sc+ms. Uwujaren said all the floors of the seven-storey building were equipped with “high-end” desktop computers, adding that over 500 sim cards of Nigerian telecommunications operators were recovered.

FG Orders Houses, Land Owners In Banana Island, Park View Estate, Others To Pay Ground Rent.

The Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Ahmed Dangiwa, on Friday, urged owners of Federal Government lands and houses in Lagos State to remit their ground rent to the government’s coffer. Dangiwa said this during a stakeholder-citizens engagement on land administration and a physical assessment of Banana Island, Osborne Phase One and Two, Park View/ Foreshore estates and shorelines. He said that the ministry planned to optimise its revenue collections by ensuring that all the occupiers of the Federal Government’s assets pay their ground rent to enable it to improve the facilities. According to him, while the Federal Government is committed to renovating, safeguarding and optimising the value of its assets nationwide, it will also enforce strict compliance with its land and estate administration laws. Burkina Faso, Mali, and Niger Republic will officially cease to be members of the Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) between January 29 and July 29, 2025. This timeline was announced by ECOWAS Commission President Alieu Touray on Sunday during the 66th ordinary session of heads of state and government in Abuja. Earlier this year, the military-led governments of the three nations announced their withdrawal from ECOWAS, citing the bloc’s alignment with the interests of France, their former colonial power. Before their withdrawal, the trio had been suspended and faced sanctions, with Niger and Mali hit particularly hard. Touray explained that the extended exit timeline allows room for final mediations and diplomatic efforts.
