U.S. Bureau to investigate Hushpuppi over birthday feast in detention facility

The U.S Bureau of Prisons said it will probe Nigerian convict, Ramon “Hushpuppi” Abbas, currently serving an 11-year sentence after a viral video that seemingly showed someone believed to be Abbas holding a feast with others inside what was reported as his detention facility at Fort Dix, New Jersey, Peoples Gazette is reporting “We take these matters seriously,” the prison facility told Peoples Gazette, Thursday, adding that the “investigative department” would take charge of the inquiry to ascertain the facts or lack thereof-about the viral video. It would be recalled that Hushpuppi’s ally & social media influencer, Tunde Adekunle, a.k.a Tunde Ednut celebrated his birthday on January 22, 2024. The Chief of Staff to the President, Femi Gbajabiamila, has written a letter of complaint to the State Security (SSS) over what he called “false allegations and sustained campaign of calumny” against him.
