Femi Otedola donates N1million each to 750 students of Augustine University as he is made Chancellor of the institution.  Femi Otedola donated a total of seven hundred and fifty million Naira to all the students of Augustine University in Ilara Epe, Lagos State.   The business mogul and philanthropist was officially inaugurated as the Chancellor of the institution today, Oct. 26.  Dr Alfred Adewale Martins, the Catholic Archbishop of the Metropolitan See of Lagos, was present for Otedola's inauguration, which took place during the 5th Convocation ceremony of Augustine University.  After his inauguration, Otedola donated N1million each to 750 students of Augustine University to "assists the plight of the parents of our students in this difficult time."

Supreme Court dismisses Atiku’s appeal challenging Tribunal judgement.  On Thursday, Oct. 26, the Supreme Court dismissed the appeal filed by the People’s Democratic Party presidential  candidate, Atiku Abubakar, challenging the Sept. 6 judgement of the Presidential Election Petitions Tribunal.  The apex court also upheld the rulling by the Appeal Court that a candidate does not need to get at least 25 percent of votes in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) to be declared as the country's president. The father of late singer Ilerioluwa Aloba a.k.a Mohbad, Joseph Aloba, on Wednesday, October 25, told a coroner’s court sitting in Lagos that he doesn't trust the wife of his deceased son, Wunmi.  The Nation reports that while testifying during the corner’s inquest into the death of his son, Mr Aloba told the Coroner, Magistrate Adedayo Shotobi, that he and his son lived together for 18 years. He said late Mohbad left home when he was of age and began to live with Marley, assisting the Marlian record label boss while pursuing his own music career. That he did not know the exact house in which his late son was living with Naira Marley. Aloba told the coroner that he did not know the exact house in which his late son was living with Naira Marley. According to him, his deceased son's landed property were in the custody of his mother-in-law, adding that the deceased often told him about his possessions held by his wife and her family. Suspected yahoo ki!!s and sl@ughters his UNIPORT girlfriend in Port Harcourt  A man identified as Collins has been arrested for ki!!ing his girlfriend identified as Justina along Road 15, NTA Road, Port Harcourt. Collins was caught by his estate’s security personnel when he was trying to dispose her corpse after ki!!ing and extracting her eyes and br+asts. Following the alarm raised by the security personnel, eyewitnesses stormed the suspect’s apartment and found Justina’s sl@ughtered body parts in sacks dripping with bl%od.  Justina was a 300-level University of Port Harcourt student before her premature demise.
