PHOTONEWS: Wanted Suspected Criminal Arrested With AK-47, Ammunition In Adamawa  The Adamawa State Police Command has arrested a 30-year-old man, Shuaibu Abubakar, who was on its wanted list. The spokesperson for the command, Suleiman Nguroje, made this known on the command's X page on Wednesday. The statement read, "Another 30-year-old man identified as Shuaibu Abubakar has been arrested following the manhunt by the operatives of the Adamawa State Police Command in collaboration with Hunters on 17/10/2023. "The suspect equally hails from Tambo in Girei LGA and was on the wanted list of the Command. "Interestingly, One AK-47 Rifle loaded with Sixteen(16) rounds of live ammunition was recovered from the criminal. "The  Commissioner of Police, Afolabi Babatola, while expressing Happiness added that there is no hidden place for criminals in Adamawa State, as strategies to checkmating kidnapping activities emplaced in these ember months." PHOTOS: EFCC Arrests 17 Suspected Internet Fraudsters In Edo Operatives of the Benin Zonal Command of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, on Tuesday, October 17, arrested 17 suspected Internet fraudsters in Benin City, Edo State. The EFCC made this known in a statement on their official X handle on Wednesday. According to the statement, the suspects were arrested at their hideouts in different locations, following actionable intelligence on their nefarious activities. The statement added that they will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded. Items recovered from them include different cars, phones, and laptops. The suspects are Unvive Tegwolo, Imemesi Daniel, Ojo Tohanmwen, Olise Ikenna, Kadiri Eric, Yakubu Izegwire, Omozuafo Collins, Elect Osayuwa, Destiny Ewere, Ayodele Eugene, and Eric Onwusiweka. This was contained in a statement shared on the support account of the popular social media platform today, October 18. According to X, the program is now being tested in New Zealand and the Philippines. The test will allow new accounts to post and interact with other users. The statement read, "Starting today, we're testing a new program (Not A Bot) in New Zealand and the Philippines.
