Appeal Court: Don't Reinforce Failure In Abia North, Cleric Warns Wike   Abia born cleric, Reverend Kalu Ukpai Ota has cautioned  the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike not to reinforce failure by manipulating judges of the Appeal Court to "smuggle the ineffective and incompetent Mao Ohuabunwa back to the Senate". He also warned the former Rivers State Governor never to be deceived by the former lawmaker, who according to him failed in his polling unit, ward, and council area. NDLEA Counters Lagos CP, Says It Responded To Police Inquiry Over Mohbad's Arrest  The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency said it had responded to inquiries by the Lagos State Police Command over a viral video of the now late singer, Ilerioluwa Aloba, also known as Mohbad, accusing the agency of arresting and giving him an unknown substance to drink that affected his health. The Lagos State Commissioner of Police,  Idowu Owohunwa,  at a press briefing on Friday, had stated that the police were yet to get a response from the NDLEA on social media allegations bordering on the alleged arrest and detention of Mohbad. Alissa McCommon, 38, from Covington, Tennessee, was arrested late last month (September 2023) and charged with r@pe of a child after making contact with the little boy via SnapChat.  The former fourth grade teacher at Charger Academy was in court on Tuesday, Oct. 3, with the hearing focusing on a series of texts and phone calls that the mum-of-two allegedly had with the victim. In one call, the teacher claimed that she was pregnant and ready to bring child number three into the world.  “I’m going to raise this baby. I can do this,” she stated on the recording played in court. MohBad Died From Injuries Sustained During Fight With PrimeBoy - Police  The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Idowu Owohunwa, has disclosed that injuries sustained during a fight between  the late singer, Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba aka Mohbad, and  his childhood friend, Ibrahim Owodunni aka Primeboy, in Ikorodu, led to the singer's death  Addressing the media during a press briefing on Friday, CP Owohunwa said MohBad and PrimeBoy got into a fight after a show in Ikorodu where the 'Peace' crooner had performed. Owohunwa added that injuries sustained by MohBad from that fight were not properly managed leading to his death. “At the end of the show, Mohbad and Ibrahim were engaged in a violent fight, during which Mohbad was injured.
